Return and Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Must be in the same condition that you received it.
Must be unused.
Must be in its original, sealed packaging.
Important: Product Testing
⚠️ Charge and test the charging case light prior to opening pens and pre-treatment spray.
If there is a defective light, Wicked White will 100% send a new light after troubleshooting fails, even if the product is on sale.
If seals are broken and product appears to be used, it may affect your refund.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wickedwhite.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International Customers: Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
